Turpuoise makes a Splash with Razan
Turquoise’s new 47 metre superyacht, Razan, was designed by H2 Yacht Design. Both the interior and exterior designs are clear-cut, a characteristic of the designers. The superyacht, which is not for private charter, has unique features such as an expansive extended swim platform on the rear deck. The superyacht also has a beach club and a Jacuzzi on deck.
The foredeck is very large and can store two tenders. The owner also has the option of storing two jet skis on the same foredeck without making it look crowded and unsightly. Still on the foredeck, a sundeck with a wet bar a hot tub will please any guest. The features are conveniently arranged to make sure that the area is still beautifully designed. The beach club is on the back aft, alongside the gym. The gym is large and can fit most gym equipment comfortably.
The main saloon is very expansive and sits on the main deck. A few metres after the main saloon is an elegantly designed dining area. The superyacht also has a second saloon on the upper deck that makes it one of a kind. The superyacht has been installed with the latest amenities such as air conditioners, anchor stabilisers, and stabilisers underway.
The superyacht can host 12 guests for an overnight charter. It has 6 cabins made up of a master suite, one VIP cabin, four double cabin bedrooms and five Pullman beds. The owner also has the option of enjoying crewed cruises. The designer included cabins that can hold nine crew members at most.
With its full displacement steel hull and aluminum superstructure, Razan is one of the best performing yachts in the market. Fitted with zero speed stabilisers, cruising in calm or rough waters will not make any difference onboard. The 2 caterpillar, 1,950 diesel engines are very powerful giving the superyacht a top speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots. The superyacht can also store 19,000 litres of water and is installed with 83,000 fuel tanks. The tanks will easily ensure a cruise of 4,200 nautical miles at 12knots.
